This house features an open plan concept to let the sunshine in and to improve airflow.

In this video we see House Plan 1 in a 10x25 plot. Of course, it also fits in smaller plots. To know if it will fit, you need to check local regulations to know how much free space you need on each side.

The construction cost for this house plan will depend on where you build it, and, especially, on the type of materials you choose.

You can download the home plans in PDF format, and as an AutoCAD DWG file. The plans come in metric and imperial versions. You'll receive 3 sheets: Floor plans, elevations and sections. Only the architectural design is included. Structural, electric and plumbing plans are not included, because these must be designed according to local code.

The 3D home is in SketchUp format. SketchUp is a 3D design software for architects. With the SketchUp file you can see the house from every point of view, take measurements, move furniture around and do other adjustments. I don't offer custom design services, because it's better if a local professional who can use AutoCAD or SketchUp makes the adjustments you need.

Remember that if you want to change the dimensions of anything, you can always do it with the AutoCAD file, or even better, with the 3D house in SketchUp format.
