Abandoned Birnbeck Pier Weston-super-Mare Extreme Low Tide Explore 2015
Standing on the rock plateau that is Birnbeck Island, the Pier is currently on the list of the ten most endangered buildings in the UK.
This once busy pier handled paddle steamers & numerous other seaside activities. Despite continuous development talk the Pier remains in a derelict state.
