Welcome to this Full Moon Meditation in March which appears in Libra,

The March Full Moon is also the first Full Moon in spring,
so I would like to invite you to a journey into your inner self,
to clean up and to plant new intentions.

Sit or lay down in a comfortable and relaxed position.

Close your eyes and take some deep slow and loving breaths in and out.
Breathe and relax.
Let your breath flow easily like a soft light breeze
breathe in your own natural rhythm.
As you inhale and exhale relax your eyes, your mouth,
let your shoulders fall.
feel the surface beneath you.

The Libra Full Moon is a wonderful time to set intentions and to create visions,
to clear path and to step into positive new beginnings.
I would like to invite you to imagine a door.
You open that door and you can see a beautiful garden in springtime.
Everything is safe and secure.
So if you like you can walk through that door inside the garden.
The sun is shining, birds are chatting and chirping.
You can feel a soft warm breeze on your skin.
You are safe and warm and secure, because this is your garden.
Walk around in your garden.
What do you see?
Maybe trees? blooming flowers?
Everything is allowed to be there, because everything lives in balance and harmony.

Now, I would like to invite you to find a place to sit down.
find your special place where you feel comfortable.
Now you realize that you have a seed in your hand.
Take that seed and plant it in the soil in front of you.
Now put your hands over it and send positive energy to it.
You can say or chant a mantra:
You are strong and healthy.
You are loved and needed.
You grow and prosper for the good of all.
and again...
And while you chant this mantra you realize, that this seed symbolizes a wish deep inside you.
And that this wish , this intention already is growing and planted.
You realize, that the house symbolizes your inner self.
and that the inner garden is your inner soul.
You can turn the mantra now and chant:
I am strong and healthy
I am loved and needed.
I grow and prosper for the good of all.

chant this mantra as long as you want.
If you like you can hug yourself,
send all the love you have to your heart
and when your heart is filled up and recharged with the energy
let the energy overflow to mother earth.

Now whe you are ready stand up and say good bye to your garden, and to your house.
you can come back whenever you want.
Walk back to the door that led you inside the garden.
Go through the door and come back to the here and now.

Breathe...
Breathe in and out.

A new chapter has started and you are refreshed and ready to move and change what ever you want.

You are now loved, blessed, and uplifted by the energy of the full moon.

If you want you can chant the mantra whenever you want to:
I am strong and healthy
I am loved and needed.
I grow and prosper for the good of all.

Stay in this feeling for a while before you come back.
