Riding camels is a nightmare (My worst travel experience?) 🇲🇷

Mauritania is a country that continued to surprise me and that was no different when we visited the Eye of the Sahara, riding there in the back of a pick-up truck.

We then headed on to Ouadane where we had a tour of, and watched the sunset from, its ancient city before heading off to another Sahara desert camp on the back of a camel.

If I am being honest, riding camels is a nightmare, but would I class it as my worst travel experience? Watch the vlog to find out.

After camelgate we continued on to Chinguetti – the seventh holiest city of Islam – and partied with some locals in the desert.
