"Anastasia" Reunion Scene (Once Upon a December Reprise)

This is the scene from the 1997 film, Anastasia (Fox Animation Studios) where the lost Grand Duchess Anastasia Nikolaevna Romanova is finally recognized by her grandmother, Dowager Empress Marie Feodorovna, as her beloved little Anya and not just another impostor. The song "Once Upon a December" gives me the goosebumps every time. It's so beautiful.

[Sad though that the real life Anastasia suffered the same fate as her family. Her father, Tsar Nicholas II of Russia, her mother, brother, sisters, and their entire household were killed by the Bolsheviks in 1918. Anastasia's remains, along with her brother Alexei's, were found only in 2008, confirming that no member of last imperial family of sovereign Russia survived the night they were murdered.]
