He REJECTED ME but changed his mind when I said this ONE WORD

I was out doing some work cleaning driveways in the area when I noticed this one was getting super dirty. But the driveway wasn't the only thing that caught my eye. The garage doors were turning green from algae, and the brick on the front of the house had gotten so dirty it was starting to turn black. So I went up and knocked on the door, and the homeowner answered. I handed him a business card and started to explain what I do, but before I could even get into it, he told me he wasn't interested. So I chimed in and told him I'd love to do it completely free of charge. He didn't really believe me at first, but once I explained how it all works, he kind of just said hey, why not, go ahead and do the work. So I came back a couple days later when I had a free spot on my schedule and got started. I pre-treated the entire driveway with sodium hypochlorite to soften up all the dirt and algae, then went in with my surface cleaner and worked my way through the whole thing. After that, I outlined the front walkway with my wand and then hit the brick on the front of the house, blasting off all that black buildup, and that was easily the most satisfying part. Once everything dried up, it looked like a completely different driveway. I actually had to race the rain on this one too, because the clouds were rolling in and I barely got finished in time. Unfortunately, the homeowner wasn't home when I wrapped up, but I know once he gets back and sees that driveway dried out and bright, he's going to be stunned.
