Bobby Jones, coauthor of Good is the New Cool, left advertising for nonprofit work after feeling disillusioned that his work didn’t have real meaning. Jones describes what he feels is a current crisis of meaninglessness, and notes that he’s not alone. He walks us through seven principles that brands need to follow in order to find their purpose and deliver on it.
