How to Install a van SWIVEL SEAT (DIY Ford Transit Van Conversion) | VAN BUILD SERIES #7

Installation of a passenger seat swivel by Discount Van Truck in our 2019 high roof Ford Transit van. Would we recommend the Van Truck Transit Swivel? We’re honestly not sure. It’s a little too early to tell. It seems clunky to swivel but we’ve never tested another brand so we’re not sure if it’s the same across the board or not. We’d love to hear from you if you’ve installed a different brand and have had a different experience. We’re hoping that over time and with more use the seat will swivel a little easier. We also need to decide if we’ll make more modifications because as of now, it’s a pain that we can’t swivel the seat without the door open! We’re not super impressed with the result but are glad to at least have the swivel function which will allow us to have more comfortable seating for the living area of the van!

The seat we installed is the “Transit Stock Seat” (Stock #116020) from discountvantruck.com
