Hearty Dutch Oven Beef Stew| Ep 4- March Madness Series!!

INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs. boneless beef chuck or stew meat trimmed
3 carrots, diced
1 large sweet onion, diced
3 celery sticks, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
10 small or 1 lbs mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup fresh sweet peas
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups red wine
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 cups beef broth
3 bay leaves
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tsp rosemary
Salt and black pepper to taste
cooking oil
*optional: 3 to 4 cups halved baby potatoes
