Simple Linear Regression: Basic Concepts Continued Part II

This tutorial (Part II) is a continuation of Part I Simple Linear regression which can be found at https://youtu.be/BLRjywb0mes
The example and data used in that video are used here again. It would be best to review that video first if you are unfamiliar with the regression line and how to calculate the slope, y intercept, r and r-squared.
Part II demonstrates a confidence interval on the slope, a confidence interval on Y "hat" as well as an hypothesis test (t test) for RHO, the correlation coefficient. The steps for obtaining the regression line using Excel and how to read the results from the output are reviewed.
To get the most out of this video, follow along with a handheld calculator and pen and paper. Actively follow along, checking the numbers yourself, that is the best way to learn.
