The 1985 Effect - Now, saying that J. Cole was right might just be an understatement. 1985 by J. Cole is slowly over time becoming a reality many rappers are having to face. Lil Pump was of course the guy who the track was aimed at; but it's far from ''just a diss track''. 1985 is the guide for how your average young & popping rapper can avoid the pitfalls that come with being in that position. The effect is in fact - in full effect & both Lil Pump & Smokepurpp are the tangible proof. That's what I talk about.
