Crunchy Fried Fish (Street Food Style)

Seafood and fish lovers will surely want to see different ways of preparing fried fish. I bought this medium size red snapper at an Asian store and decided to fry the fish the way I see street vendors make them. I see a lot of this in youtube where videos orginated in the streets of Asian countries and I find it fascinating!
