Wild Earth ~ Following Dark Mane to the Talamati Pride

There is no doubt the King of the Lions here in Djuma is The Avoca Lion called Dark Mane. He is tracking down the Talamati Pride and the guide follows him through the bush till he meets up with them. The Pride is scattered all around the Djuma Dam (AKA Gowrie Dam, Vuletela Dam). When Dark Mane finds the Sub Adults he settles down next to them. There are 5 Adults and 6 Sub Adults in the Pride. At the end is some footage from the Dam Cam. It has some great closeup views of Dark Mane and when he roars its too much for the Dam mic to handle. Dark Mane truly has one impressive roar!!! Just a reminder that the word Djuma means Roar!!
