enCore Energy - An Emerging Premier U.S. Uranium Producer (Oct 2020 VID Conference Presentation)

Executive Chairman William (Bill) Sheriff and CEO Paul Goranson give a presentation on enCore Energy (TSX-V: EU) at the October 2020 Virtual Investor Day (VID) Conference.

enCore Energy is a uranium development and exploration company focused on becoming the premier uranium production company in the United States. enCore has two recently acquired, licensed 800,000 lb/year production processing plants in Texas from Westwater Resources, NI 43-101 compliant and historic resources in New Mexico, historic resources in Texas and exploration assets in various states: Wyoming, Utah and Arizona. The company also has 40% interest in Group 11 Technologies, a private company developing in-situ recovery methods using non-toxic solutions to recover various metals. enCore's technical team is filled with members who dominated the last uranium cycle by building and operating the Mestena, Texas ISR facility and advancing Energy Metals to an eventual $1.8B acquisition by Uranium One.

enCore's has a dominant position in New Mexico, the United States' largest historic uranium district, and upon completion of the WestWater transaction, will control the largest uranium position in the Grants Mineral Belt. The company will have 300,000 acres (468 square miles) of patented mineral rights containing at least 26M lbs of Indicated 43-101 compliant resources, 6M lbs of Inferred resources and 90M lbs of historic resources. Other companies and operators in New Mexico have had significant issues with the Navajo Nation due to, in Bill Sheriff's opinion, the way the companies have treated the Navajo (including litigation). Bill believes in the good neighbour philosophy and that the relationship can be mended, looking at the Navajo as partners in futures operations. Of note in this regard, Bill Sheriff has an established history of building strong relationships with First Nations groups, as demonstrated by the success himself and his wife, Janet Lee Sheriff, have had in the Yukon with Golden Predator and the Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in First Nation.

enCore has a strong institutional shareholder base that controls nearly 50% of the common shares, and boasts investments from notable uranium-focused funds such as Sachem Cove Special Opportunities Fund (Mike Alkin) and L2 International Opportunities Fund (Marcello Lopez). The company recently completed a $4.8M capital raise at $0.40, leaving it with about $7.5M in the treasury, non-inclusive of the $3M USD that is expected upon closing of the significant transaction with Westwater Resources announced on September 9th, 2020. enCore's 2021 objectives with its capital are (a) to spend approximately $1M to bring the Rosita processing plant to production ready status, (b) drill or acquire at least 4M lbs of resources for the Rosita plant feed, including upgrading of historic drilling, and (c) completing significant reclamation on the Kingsville processing plant to reduce the existing $9M reclamation bond. Lastly, enCore will continue to evaluate additional opportunities to consolidate the domestic US uranium ISR industry to set the company up to be solid and prosper in the coming years.
