Last week at Bells Beach, Mick Fanning came out on top with the win and -- despite his perfect score in his final heat -- Kelly Slater took the second place spot at the Rip Curl Pro in Australia.

Mick Fanning chimes in via Skype for a Q&A with host Pat Parnell about his recent win at Bells and talks overall expectations of himself for the season.

On the women's side of the wave, Stephanie Gilmore and Sally Fitzgibbons squandered their way into the final showdown and in the end Sally Fitzgibbons rang the bell for her second year in a row!
