Prince William Praises Report Which Aims to ‘End Illegal Wildlife Trade for Good’

The Duke of Cambridge is supporting efforts to “end the illegal wildlife trade for good”, as a newly released report highlights the global threat of the criminal activity.

The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) released the document in collaboration with Prince William, detailing the methods used by traffickers to launder money, which "fuels corruption and threatens biodiversity”.

The Duke has praised FATF’s work, adding that it is "a pivotal moment in the fight against the illegal wildlife trade.”
