The 91Springboard COO said that their team comprise of many who are from hospitality and hotels, and they are trying to hotelize the workspaces and that the team is constantly working on how to provide value added services to the customers? “Whether it's in the form of community events, whether it's in the form of the food and beverage amenities that you offer, whether it's in the form of the concierge services that we like to offer in terms of, so that you focus on your core and other activities that surround your working environment are taken care of, somebody who operates that workspace for you. So that's really, I think that's really going to be the differentiator for us”, said Singh
