Smooth Ice, Epic Fail - Lake Champlain 021019

During our 39 mile skate yesterday we came across all kinds of ice; some rough, some smooth. The beginning of this video shows some of the smoothest we hit all day. Later in the video I captured another one of my "mishaps" - wait for it. No harm done as I landed in an inch of slush that had trapped my skates. Gore-tex is great!
