Beijing: Joint aerial strategic patrol not aimed at any third party

Beijing said that a joint China-Russia military patrol was part of an annual cooperation exercise between the two countries. The remarks came after South Korea said it scrambled its fighter jets in response to an intrusion into its air defense zone by Chinese and Russian military aircraft.
