Statistical Significance vs Real-World Importance #Shorts

Statistical significance vs clinical significance: a p-value under 0.05 only tells you a result probably isn't due to chance, not that it matters. With a big enough sample, a trivial difference can be statistically significant yet meaningless in the real world. Always check the effect size and confidence interval, not just the p-value.
