For those of you who know me I do like a cyclical style oil stock and two of my favourite stocks are BP stock and Shell stock, and its very hard to choose between BP & Shell to be honest. When it comes to oil stocks of course the biggest factor affecting the stock is the oil price itself bp stock and shell stock are no different. with the current world, climate oil is plummeting and usage of oil is drying up (pun intended) .

When it comes to picking any stock especially oil stocks I look at a lot of aspects but historically a dividend-paying stock tends to keep my interest more than those who do not. both shell and bP stock pay historically solid dividends and Bp stock still do even in this climate so for sure worth considering when buying either of these stocks. Shell stock recently cut its dividend though but I still thing a big oppuntiy is there.

Oil for sure is going nowhere anytime soon, platisc and energy are a big role in our lives for the foreseeable future, that said both shell stocks and bp stock are investing into a future with zero emotions and I find it very interesting to see how the old oil giants ar enow going clean.
