‘ICE Agents Jumping Out On People’: Black Man Stopped By ICE In ‘Jogging While Black’ Incident

A video showing a Black male jogger in Boston being stopped by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has emerged and sparked outrage from the city's mayor and lawmakers.

Bena Apreala, a 29-year-old man was jogging in West Roxbury, Massachusetts when he was stopped by ICE.

Boston mayor Marty Walsh, City Council member Matt O'Malley, and Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley expressed their outrage at ICE racially profiling a member of the public.

An immediate investigation has been called to look further into the incident.
