I uploaded a short teaser video to show the property and map location of this housing complex.
For China, this house is a bit expensive, but considering the location of this home $300,000 is not a bad price. In America these homes would easily sell for at least a million if not more.
The sales person said home sells were a little slow as many are afraid of the nuclear waste that Japan is dumping into the ocean.
I personally see it as an opportunity to buy a house for cheaper based on the fear. The currents flow clockwise and carry the waste water away from Hainan. I'm no physical oceanographer so feel free to comment what you would do and or what you think.
