I took a quick trip from my home in Barcelona to Spain's Canary Islands to visit one of Europe's only coffee farms on the island of Gran Canaria. It was an incredible way for me to get back in touch with coffee production after over a year, and show you a bit more of the process all the way from the seed to the cup!
