Here are the ingredients needed for my Chicken Balsamic with Roasted Mushrooms:

Mushrooms:
Extra virgin olive oil
½ cup diced white onion
1 cup sliced button mushrooms
1 cup sliced cremini mushroom
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt and Pepper

Chicken:
3 tablespoons butter
2- 6oz boneless skinless chicken breast
3 sprigs fresh thyme
1 cup balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
