I got a complaint about State Employees running this stop sign and almost causing accidents on more than one occasion. So,I went to see for myself-camera in hand. Talk about a bunch of over reaching State Employees-everyone there (slight exaggeration) thought they had the authority to come make me leave the Public Right of Way.
