Tzu Zoo Rescue found he dumped on the street. Matted fur and feces encasing his body made for an excruciatingly painful existence. Now he’s receiving medical care and comfort in a foster home.
After removing all of the matting, he is missing his left rear paw and his front left paw almost to the knee. We are completely devastated by this news, but we have to give him a chance at a few good years of love. Joseph has been like this for awhile as the severed areas are almost healed over.
