The Office - Pam's Fire Walk

This is my absolute favorite scene from The Office. Pam, a consistently passive and people-pleasing member of staff, has worked up the confidence and courage to be honest with everyone (particularly Jim) about her thoughts and feelings and face her fears. She has found her voice. And what a boss she would make.
