Patient with empty bladder prior operation
Short general anaesthesia , sedation or local anaesthesia preferred
Patient in lithotomy position
Cleaning painting draping done
Bimanual examination done
Sims speculum introduced & anterior lip of cervix catched with vulsellum forcep.
Cervical canal dilated with graduated dilators
Product of conception removed by ovum forcep
Uterine cavity curetted by uterine curette
Complete evacuation confirm by grating sensation , air bubbles.
