How to Manually Blend and Stitch Panoramic Photos

In this video Simon Plant shows how you can manually stitch photos to create a panoramic, which is useful when software autostitching will not work with your photos. Using software like Lightroom to automatically create a panorama is preferable, but it doesn't always work. If you know how to do it manually you won't be out of luck if Lightroom isn't able to stitch your photos.
