Massena Lateral Bridge Slide

The Iowa DOT's Office of Bridges and Structures created the bridge animation using the free 3D program Google SketchUp 8 (now Trimble SketchUp), the SU Animate V4 plug-in from Cadalog, the free SketchyPhysics 3.1 plug-in, the free Kerkythea Echo 2008 render engine, Bentley Microstation V8i, and Windows Live Movie Maker 2011. Satellite imagery courtesy of Google Inc. Screen capture of Google Earth images was performed using CamStudio free software. Vehicles and some other 3D components were obtained from the Trimble 3D Warehouse. Existing bridge textures were derived from site photos taken by Multivista and processed in Irfanview. The soundtrack is "CPU" by Aalborg Soundtracks, as found on the royalty-free music website trackonerecordings.com.
