Nizhny Novgorod- a city in Russia close to Moscow

Hi guys! Is it worth travelling to Russia and visit Nizhny Novgorod? My video is about Nizhny Novgorod, a city located in Russia. It's full of historical buildings and beautiful places. But together with it you can see Russian poverty and irresponsible attitude of the government to the city. Rain drain systems work terribly in Nizhny Novgorod, that's why it is often full of mud and puddles. Moreover there are many plants in the city within walking distance from the blocks, that's why the air is polluted. Nevertheless, I like my home town, and I am proud that I grew up there.
