Millet Dosa । बाजरा और रागी से बना सुपर हेल्दी डोसा ! एकबार खाया तो बार बार बनाएगे ।

Ingredients

1/2 cup bajraflour
1/2 cup ragi flour
1+1/4 cup water
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp chilly flakes
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1-2 tsp oil
Mix both flour
Add 1 cup water
Stir gently

Keep aside for 7-8 hour for fermentation
After 8 hours add salt& chilly flakes
Add a little water for consistency if required.

Put the pan on gas stove. Grease with oil.
Spread the batter.
Gas Flames medium.
Wait to cook for 4-5 minutes
Flip the side gently.
Cook for ani side
Serve with green chutney or coconut chutney.
Super healthy gluten free dosa is ready.
