2.Incline Dumbell Press- 4x 8-12
3a. Dumbell SkullCrushers-4x10-15
3b. Dumbell Shouder Press-4x8-10
4. Push-Ups-4x15-20
5.Rope Pushdown-4x10-15
6.Cable Lateral Raise- 4x10-15 (each arm)
