★★My simple, natural hair care regimen/ routine|| Uk Natural Hair ★★

Hello guys and welcome to my channel. Today I’m going to take you through my natural hair care regimen/ routine, and how I got my hair to grow so long. I have a weekly regimen which I do continuously, it’s both simple and effective.

Weekly:
Monday evening- Shampoo, apply deep conditioner & deep condition over night
Tuesday morning- rinse out deep conditioner, apply coconut oil, detangle and protective style.
Tuesday evening- Moisturise and seal hair, tie satin head scarf
Wednesday morning- untie satin head scarf
Wednesday evening – (Same as Tuesday evening)
Thursday morning – (same as Wednesday morning)
Thursday evening – (Same as Tuesday evening)
Friday morning – (same as Wednesday morning)
Friday evening – (Same as Tuesday evening)
Saturday morning – (same as Wednesday morning)
Saturday evening – (Same as Tuesday evening)
Sunday morning – (same as Wednesday morning)
Sunday evening – (Same as Tuesday evening)
Monday morning – (same as Wednesday morning)
…Then repeat…

Yearly:
Straighten & trim
