Being a women in STEM, Shivani has gone through her fair share of struggles and shares the key factors to key to cultivating the mindset of going beyond and preceding the social norm. Meet Shivani Handa Yereddi - the Head of Sustainability, Subsea & Floating Business at McDermott. Her 12 years in Infrastructure, specifically Energy and Urban development in project management, business development and financial roles, have made her aware that her passion lies in building an inclusive, resilient and sustainable world. She is proud to be a woman engineer and loves working on things that have a positive impact on the lives of others. On her professional journey, she keeps these words from Mark Van Doren (Pulitzer Prize-winning poet) close to her heart: “Any piece of knowledge I acquire today has a value at this moment exactly proportioned to my skill to deal with it.
