This video is about automating a Water treatment Plant using various modern technologies.
Drinkable water is precious, healthy water is absolutely necessary for a healthy mind and body. It is important to analyse water quality at each stage in processing, here we describe a water treatment plant wherein complete process is evaluated at each step , and the evaluated data’s are further been logged and taken into consideration while next stage of processing starts.

Technology used is Smart Sensors, PLC, SCADA, and other smart meters for data acquisition, control and plant monitoring. We describe using these cutting edge technology how a Water Treatment Plant achieves its quality water with less human intervention. Using these technology we have minimized human errors thereby maximizing water quality. At each and every stages of treatment process, quality of water has been checked and compared with the standards required, corrective actions are taken to minimize turbidity, PH, chlorine, etc of the raw water pumped from reservoirs.

Various other parameters are also consider which is required for reservoir water to be in drinkable limits.
