How to set your boundaries for these situations ⤵️

1️⃣ “can you strike after 1am?” 🌃 - per our contract our latest breakdown is at 11pm. We have two options here: we can either break down in the morning OR there will be an inconvenience fee for after-hours break down.

2️⃣ “can you move decor half way through the event?” 💪 - we will be happy to do that. In order to have our staff present at all time of the event, there is an hourly charge applied.

3️⃣ “Can you do a set up in one hour” ⏳ - This type of set up typically requires 3 hours. In order to achieve that in shorter time, we have to bring more team members - due to that it comes at an extra charge.

At the end of the day - our customers are not our enemies… but everything comes with costs in the whole world. Just communicate that with confidence and you good to go!
