Marstons Bailiff TVL Claim Fail 05-04-19

(ADDED 03-05-19) THE OUTCOME - Marstons got ZERO. The court took the matter back and arranged a payment plan with the couple, minus any added extortion fees. ;)

Marstons Bailiffs turn up with an alleged court claim for non payment of a TV license. No correspondence from marstons at all before this visit. All court documents replied to multiple times directly from the defence, yet no court date ever processed. No hearing or trial. Vulnerable household with disabled people and motobility car. No warrant shown except for a supposed screen shot on a tablet. No judges name, no seal, no signatures. Marstons claimed “criminal warrant”. Sent packing with butthurtary. Matter passed back to court to get in touch with defence and set up a proper hearing. No one from TVL or bailiffs has ever been into the house, no evidence of a TV in use at the property. Turns out they don't use the TV for watching telly either, only things on a computer and Netflix type things. Scumbag bailiff.
