We are happy to announce our Open Program - Season 2 with a session on Emotional Intelligence - the most required skill especially in the times of the pandemic when remote working is the norm and the required human connect is absent or has a minimal component.

Facilitated by Smita Tharoor, Co-Founder Culturelytics, TEDx Speaker and Broadcaster, this program is suitable for people managers, senior leads, team leads and ICs with a hi-touch expert/coach role.

The session will be moderated by Devika Ramarathnam, Associate Director, e2e People Practices. With over 30 years of L&OD experience across blue-chip companies, Devika currently leads the efforts for Customer Delight, Business Development and the OD vertical of e2e.
