As we continue on with Allindstrom.com's 2010 Hip-Hop Award Season, we are brought to Rookie Of The Year. This award goes to the artist that really made their prominence this year. You heard a lot of people saying Wiz or Nicki Minaj, but what about the underdogs? What about Krit, or Yelawolf, or even Mac Miller? Do they deserve to win? Our esteemed panel of guests (including: Riggs Morales, Angela Yee, Peter Rosenberg, DJ Enuff, Jonny Shipes, Elliott Wilson, and DJ Drama) decide.
