kinSteps to Prepare the Biryani
1) Slice all the Veggies which you like.
2) take a bowl to boil veggies in the water with salt, cinnamon,cloves and biryani leaf.
3) Once veggies are cooked about 60% take from the boiling water and put them in Ice cold water.
4) make ready of Cooking vessel for Biryani and apply ghee.
5) put all the veggies without any water.
6) put all the masala items as shown in the video.
7) Soak the Biryani rice/Basmati rice in water for an hour.
8) take a bowl to boil water with salt, cinnamon,cloves,ginger garlic paste,Ghee and biryani leaf.
9) once the water is boiled put the soaked rice.
10) take first layer of boil rice when it is cooked around 60% and put that on the Veggies.
11) second and third layers around 75% and 90%
12) Garnish with fried Onion and Fresh mint leaves.
13) keep the Biryani cooking vessel on the stove for around 6 mins high flame and 8 mins low flame.
14) Let it rest for 15 mins and then serve Biryani.
