World of Warships - This should be tier 4 not 5

This is the first play of the tier 5 Conte di Cavour Italian Battleship in a random battle on the Fault Line Map. I find this hard to believe this is a tier 5 ship. For a sister ship to the Giulio Ceasar this is a disappointment.
