Miss-Adventures in the Yukon

Throughout the years i've seen some pretty terrible shooting. Accidents happen, and everyone misses once or twice. Bad shots happen, its natural. BUT, if you plan on coming to the Yukon and spending $20,000 on a hunt like this, please please please make sure you know what your capable of, and know your gun. If you shoot high and to the right all the time, take that into consideration and adjust the shot to hit the target. Its depressing for you to go home with nothing, but its more depressing for the guide to work his ass off for you to have it end like that. Apart from the weather, the shooting is one of the only factors the guide cant specifically control. Practice makes perfect, and even if youre not perfect, at least you'll have a better chance at connecting. Cheers!
