In this week's Riverwatch the public is being urged to tell regulators in two states to reject the Millennium Pipeline project, New Jersey environmental officials say the PennEast Pipeline Project water permit applications are incomplete and thousands are expected to take part in the Peoples Climate Marches throughout the watershed.
