Rosette Anday sings Korngold's Sterbelied Opus 14 [1924]]

The great Hungarian mezzo Rosette Anday sings one of Korngold's most beautiful songs in a rare recording from 1924, that also features Korngold at the piano in one of his rare visits to the recording studio. Mme Anday sang the first Vienna performance of the Lieder des Anschieds in their orchestral version.(Maria Olczewska gave the world premiere in 1921)
