Ryan Seacrest gets a surprise from British actor Sacha Baron Cohen on the 2012 Oscars red carpet, after he arrives dressed as character General Aladeen from his new movie the Dictator, and "accidentally" spills the apparent ashes of the late North Korean leader Kim Jong-il all over Ryan's black tuxedo!
