New FORVR MOOD is LIVE

We started @forvrmood in 2020 during the pandemic. With so many people isolated at home we wanted our candles to enhance peoples’ positive mood and encourage self-care. When we first launched we thought we had enough inventory that would last us 3 months but it only lasted 4hrs 😅 - although the sales was great we were not prepared for the high volumes of shipping, production, CX Service emails. This led to our consumers having mix experiences. Lesson here📍walk before you run 🙃 We take our community’s opinions and feedback very seriously hence we have relaunched today with higher quality formulations (worked with the very best fragrance houses) offering faster shipping times and quicker Cx service response times.
