As someone who used to rely on expensive purchases for happiness, I now find joy and gratitude in owning less. Without the burden of excessive physical possessions, I feel so much lighter and less distracted. If you're new to this, I'll suggest to try a low buy challenge first, it'll open your eyes to a better world. Luxury minimalism is not about deprivation, rather it's about welcoming only the best items to your wardrobe, and making sure they serve you well. For me, it's really a delight to have a curated collection with only my best purchases. When it comes to luxury shopping, less is definitely more.
