5 MIN PARALLETTE ARMS AND ABS WORKOUT! Grab your parallettes and let’s get to it! Bars of any kind are great for building upper body strength. In this workout, we will be moving consistently and not performing any holds.

Any level of fitness can give this session a shot!

We are looking to get your heart rate elevated and those muscles burning. A big focus on your arms and abs as we dive into this short workout. Add this to your current routine to add a muscle burning finisher, or do this workout alone.

Don’t be shy to add extra sets to this workout once you figure out the difficulty level!

5 Minutes Total 

45 seconds of work 
15 seconds rest 

1. Push-Up to Tricep Dip
2. Plank Knee Drives
3. Alternating Knee Tuck 
4. Reverse Plank Alternating Leg Lift
5. Reverse Plank Walks
